Great reminder that sleep's a huge tie-in to Depression
I've been running non-stop for many months, and have gotten to the point where I'm just "weary". Not only is that negatively impacting my workouts and overall energy, but I'm betting that it's a major contributor to my ongoing malaise. So, thanks for the reminder.
Funny that the Doctor mentions that it can tie to weight issues and the like as well. And, that it all just starts to snowball -- that bad nutrition can also have an impact, and I find that I eat worse when I'm tired, because I tend to eat to assuage 'sad feelings' -- the snowball turns into an avalanche!
