Over the last 24 hours, since we canned our up front credit card program, we are now doing about 40 diagnoses (dx's) per hour, based on cumulative report output. Not surprisingly this metric was well above when we were charging up front for our test, although we've done an inordinate amount of releases over the last year with most of them being free; we may have to bring pay back. Our new opt-in model of helping users find good mental health providers - in their local area or just by phone - is going really well. So far we are working with 16 people to get them connected with the best person for them after only a day. Hopefully we'll do a good job.
