Conduct disorder (behavioral issues)
Conduct disorder is a disorder usually diagnosed in childhood or adolescence characterized by a repetitive and persistent pattern of behavior in which the basic rights of others or major age-appropriate societal norms or rules are violated. Symptoms of conduct disorder include:
- Aggressive acts such as bullying, threatening or initiating physical fights
- Use of weapons that can cause serious physical harm to others
- Physical cruelty towards other humans or animals
- Destructive acts such as setting fires with the intention of causing serious damage
- Deceitfulness or theft
- Repeated violation of rules
- Frequent skipping of classes or running away from home
